## Principles

- Plain language: no jargon and no dashboards. Texts that sound like the owner, and a report that takes two minutes to read.
- The owner stays in control: nothing goes out in the business's name that the owner hasn't approved, and anything can be paused anytime.
- Honest reviews only: every customer is asked for a review, not just the happy ones.

AI drafts review replies for the owner's approval, and the website chat answers only from information the owner has signed off on. For businesses already on Jobber or Housecall Pro, Atelier Helix sets up only what the software doesn't already do. On cancellation, reviews stay on the Google profile and the texting number can be transferred to the client.
