- Do I need a new phone number?
- No. You keep your number. Missed calls forward to a local texting number we set up for your business, and replies come straight to you.
- Will it sound like a robot?
- No. We write every message with you. AI drafts review replies for your approval, and the website chat answers only from information you've signed off on.
- I already use Jobber or Housecall Pro.
- Some of this may already be built into your software. If so, we'll tell you and set up only what's missing.
- What if I cancel?
- Give 30 days' notice. Your reviews stay on your Google profile, and your texting number can be transferred to you.
- Do you only work in Florida?
- We're based in Central Florida and priced for Florida businesses, but everything runs remotely.
